Bus Accessibility

Galilee Bus Company (G.B. Tours) operates intercity lines only. All our buses are accessible to individuals with visual or hearing impairments. Each bus is equipped with:

A line number sign.

Internal and external voice announcement systems for the line number.

An internal screen displaying real-time information regarding the bus route.

Traveling with Service or Guide Dogs

Guide Dogs: Passengers with visual impairments may travel with a guide dog secured by a harness. A guide dog trainer may also travel with a dog during its training period, provided the trainer holds a valid certificate from a recognized training center and the dog wears a vest indicating it is in training or identifying the center it belongs to.

Service Dogs: Passengers may board the bus with a service dog secured by a harness, provided the traveler carries a valid certificate from "Dog School" or "The Service Dog Training Center" proving the dog's status as a service animal.

Discounts for Persons with Disabilities and Blind Passengers

Discounts for Disability Card Holders (Ministry of Defense & National Insurance): Holders of a disability card or other official documentation from the National Insurance Institute (Bituach Leumi), as well as disabled veterans of the IDF or victims of hostile acts holding relevant identification, are entitled to a 33% discount off the full fare on all lines when purchasing a ticket or "Accumulated Value." Note: This discount is granted only to holders of a "Rav-Kav" card.

Blind Passengers: Passengers with a "Blind Certificate" receive a full exemption from payment on all lines and destinations. An escort accompanying a blind passenger is entitled to a 50% discount on the travel ticket.
